Focus Group guidance
Once you have completed Level 2 you can participate in the Level 3 module. In this course you step into the role of group leader to offer training and workshops with horses.
After completing Level 3, you can provide group training and guide group processes that are built around the elements of the Eponaquest Approach. You may also give official Eponaquest Introduction workshops. At the end you will receive the Level 3 certificate for Instructor Experiential Learning with Horses with a focus on Group Trainer. With the Level 3 certificate you have completed the entire Eponaquest curriculum, as taught in America by Linda herself.
You can then advertise training courses and workshops that you offer for open registration as official Eponaquest Introductory Workshops, and have them announced on the Dutch and American Eponaquest website.
Content
In Level 3 we delve deeper into background information about group dynamics and group psychology, and the art of facilitating a group process. During the teaching days, you and a small group of fellow students form a team with which you prepare the entire process of giving a 2-day workshop. This includes marketing, creating a program and agreements about who will facilitate which part, conducting intake interviews, setting up the horse location and giving the workshop itself.
In teamwork, you will be guided by experienced Eponaquest supervisors who will help you address what is happening in the group process to gain deeper insight into your strengths and challenges in working with others. The practice days consist of giving a 2-day practice workshop, under the supervision of the training team, to a group of participants.
Level 3 starts with 3 online teaching days and ends with 2.5 on-site practice days, followed by an evaluation. You should count on extra preparation time for the workshop in your small group between the online teaching days and the practical assignment.

The language of the different editions may differ!
Because the Eponaquest approach is internationally renowned, and we also offer the training in the German market, the language of instruction for some announced modules is English or a combination of English and German.
The course content is the same for every language. Dutch instructors are involved in all announced modules. Dutch translations of all materials are available. You can complete the practical assignments in Dutch and will receive Dutch supervision.
