Focus Individual Coaching

In Level 2 you expand your package of knowledge and exercises with advanced practical exercises for personal growth. These exercises will help your clients naturally take up their space and lead to achieve their goals. You can add even more depth and nuance when working on specific themes of your clients.

After completing Level 2, you will master all exercises and backgrounds of the Eponaquest Approach for individual coaching. At the end you will receive the Level 2 certificate for Instructor Experiential Learning with Horses with a focus on Individual Coaching, and you can register for mention on Linda Kohanov's website.

Content

In the practical lessons on location, you and your fellow students will practice a number of more advanced Eponaquest exercises with horses, for which the foundation was laid in Level 1. In the theory we discuss the leadership role of a coach or therapist in more detail and you will be given more tools to tap into this within yourself.

In Level 2 you naturally enter into your personal development process in order to fully step into that leadership role in your own unique way. We also consider working with specific target groups and positioning and marketing your practice.

It is not necessary to have already completed the Level 1 practice assignment to progress to Level 2. However, you will only receive the Level 1 and Level 2 certificate if the Level 1 practice assignments have been sufficiently completed.

There is no separate final assignment at Level 2, as there is at Level 1. After the training days, there will be a personal supervision interview with your mentor, in which the focus is on the three pillars for successful completion: 1) your coachability and learning process as a coach; 2) your understanding and implementation of the Eponaquest guidelines for best practice in offering experiential learning with horses; and 3) your practical skills in working safely and horse-friendly with horses.

The language of the different editions may differ!

Because the Eponaquest approach is internationally renowned, and we also offer the training in the German market, the language of instruction for some announced modules is English or a combination of English and German.

The course content is the same for every language. Dutch instructors are involved in all announced modules. Dutch translations of all materials are available. You can complete the practical assignments in Dutch and will receive Dutch supervision.
